Mindstride provides organizations with a modern alternative to traditional Employee Assistance Programs. Our integrated health platform connects employees and their families with exceptional mental health, medical, wellness, and preventive care services.
This is not just another sales role. You will help organizations improve the health and wellbeing of their people while building a rewarding career in the rapidly growing workplace health market.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with our leadership, clinical, marketing, and customer success teams to introduce Mindstride’s Employee Assistance Program and workforce health services to organizations, associations, and community partners.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building trusted relationships, and guiding prospective clients through the sales process.
We are looking for someone who brings energy, confidence, curiosity, and a strong desire to win.
What You Will Do
- Identify and engage prospective B2B clients
- Build relationships with business owners, executives, human resource leaders, and benefits professionals
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events
- Schedule and participate in discovery meetings, presentations, and platform demonstrations
- Clearly communicate how Mindstride helps organizations improve employee access to care, engagement, productivity, and wellbeing
- Maintain a healthy and organized sales pipeline
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and nurture long-term relationships
- Work collaboratively with leadership, marketing, clinical operations, and customer success
- Represent Mindstride at conferences, community events, and business functions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality, fundraising, or relationship management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence speaking with executives and business leaders
- The ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow up consistently
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A willingness to learn and receive coaching
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- A genuine interest in healthcare, mental health, workplace wellness, or employee benefits
Previous B2B sales experience is an asset, but we are equally interested in high-potential candidates with the right attitude, energy, and drive.
