Are you a Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, or Plant Manager from a high-volume manufacturing environment involving engineered materials, plastics, polymers, or industrial products looking to take full ownership of a manufacturing facility and progress into senior leadership?

In this role, you will oversee all site operations, leading department managers and driving improvements across productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Manager or Operations Manager from a foam production background looking to step into a Plant Manager role, or an experienced Plant Manager seeking a new challenge.
