Key Responsibilities
Our prospective candidates will be responsible for addressing skin care needs, as well as providing clients with advice and excellent customer service. Your duties will include but are not limited to the following
- Skin Care Treatment: Facials, Hydrafacial, Microneedling, Chemical peels, Radio Frequency
- Laser Hair Removal Services - Candela Gentle MaxPro
- CoolSculpting
- Venus Legacy
- Engage with clients both on the phone and in person
- Check in clients through booking system
- Assess each Guests needs and recommend products for home care
- Welcome each client and ensuring total client satisfaction by actively listening and communicating.
- Promote and sell products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain the treatment rooms in a neat professional manner including stocking products and linens, cleaning and instrument sterilization
- Completes required client notes, maintains accurate documentation and filing of client files after each visit
- Ensure a clean, safe and visibly appealing operation including but not limited to your direct station.
Requirements
- Must have Esthetician Diploma from known canadian college
- Must have previous experience with LHR (Gentle MaxPro)
- Must have sales experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekends and holiday shifts
- Outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic and enjoy working with the public.
- A high level of integrity, work ethic and punctuality
- Excellent verbal communication, organization and time management skills.
- Should be comfortable with retail and service-up selling
- At least 2 year Esthetician work experience

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
