Job Summary
Integrated Solutions is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bilingual Dispatcher to support and coordinate our growing field operations. In this role, you will be at the center of daily operations—managing technician schedules, coordinating service work, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, installers, and internal teams.
Work from home available: For the right candidate who is not local to the area, working from home is an option.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch and coordinate installations, service calls, and work orders using internal systems
- Manage daily technician schedules, routes, and appointments for efficiency and on-time completion
- Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as needed to handle delays or urgent requests
- Act as the main communication hub between technicians, customers, and internal teams
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve scheduling issues
- Accurately document all interactions, job details, and follow-ups in company systems
- Collaborate with the Dispatch Lead to prioritize jobs and optimize scheduling
- Address customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions
- Maintain organization while managing multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Take ownership of dispatch responsibilities from start to completion
Schedule & Availability
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Scheduling may occasionally vary to support multi-province operations and time zones
- Final schedule expectations will be discussed and confirmed prior to hire
Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Comfortable using scheduling software and digital tools
- Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to step in where needed
