Provide technical troubleshooting and support for commercial refrigeration and gas equipment
Review and evaluate warranty claims, returned equipment, and product performance issues
Coordinate and dispatch service calls to authorized third-party service providers
Track open service requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
Review service reports, warranty documentation, and parts requirements
Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, customers, and service partners
Assist with product testing, quality improvements, and technical documentation
Support service operations and maintain strong customer relationships
Travel occasionally within Southern Ontario as required
