Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Renovation Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial renovation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and proficiency in construction management software. This role offers the opportunity to lead diverse projects, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Duties
- Develop detailed project plans using construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure project specifications are met.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Utilize Bluebeam for document review, markup, and collaboration on digital plans.
- Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress, address issues promptly, and ensure adherence to design plans.
- Prepare accurate construction estimates and track project costs throughout the lifecycle.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for renovation activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress updates to stakeholders clearly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in renovation project management roles.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in construction estimating tools.
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Experience with site planning is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to coordinate diverse teams.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations related to renovation projects.

Pay: $36.50-$37.50 per hour
