Job Summary
We are seeking to fill in a Paper Stripping position in our dynamic manufacturing team. This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our printing and packaging operations. As a key player in the production process, you will develop essential skills in paper stripping, machinery operation, and packaging while contributing to high-quality output.
Schedule
Rotation between the following shifts:
- morning - 6am to 2:30pm
- evening - 2:30pm to 11:00pm
- night - 9:30pm to 6:00am
Be available for weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lifting 25 lbs to 50 lbs
- Work in hand bindery stripping products
- Empty the paper bin and recycle the cardboard bins
- Organize and clean up around the shop
- Other tasks as directed
Skills
- Prior Forklift experience is preferred, but not a must (training will be provided to the right candidate)
- Willingness to learn technical skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Positive attitude with eagerness to develop new skills in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From $17.85 per hour
