We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer focused keyholder to join our team 3-4 days per week. Must be available to work Monday-Saturday.
Looking for versatile, well organized individuals. Candidates with fabric knowledge & customer service background will be considered an asset. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing product information, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions, and providing an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store independently.
- Dependable, organized, and able to take initiative.
- Help maintain a welcoming and organized shopping environment.
- Comfortable working independently and leading shifts.
- Support daily store operations and merchandising.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding the products they need.
- Provide product knowledge and advice to customers.
- Measuring and cutting fabric.
- Process payments and complete transactions.
- Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
- Ensure that shelves are stocked with merchandise.
