Revalee Brunch Café operates multiple culinary programs across the Niagara region, including Megalomaniac Winery, Sawmill Golf Course, Twenty Valley Golf & Country Club, and a range of weddings and special events. We are hiring experienced line cooks to join our team for seasonal positions, with opportunities for extension.
Full-time or part time positions are available, experienced line cooks heavily preferred. This position is a three month contract.
Each of our kitchens demand different skills, experience, and environments for work. Accordingly: we are searching for skilled and motivated line cooks, who may enjoy some variety in their work.
Candidates will be required to perform all duties associated with cooking on a high volume kitchen line, or preparing food in a production environment. Candidates should be able to lift a 50lb box or bag, navigate stairs, and expect to be adaptable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
We are hiring full-time positions, with the goal of establishing fixed schedules with 8-hour shifts, and 30-40hr work weeks as standard. Part time hours are also available if scheduling is compatible.
Line cooks should have experience working in a busy kitchen environment, and maintaining a healthy production environment in partnership with front-of-house management and staff, including those kitchens at which we are in partnership with our hosts. Successful candidates will be available to work on weekends. Day and evening shifts are available 7 days each week. You should ensure you have reliable transportation to several locations in Vineland. Your application should also indicate your intended availability for work.
