Now Hiring: General Labourer with Welding Experience
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer with Welding Experience to join our team.
- Location: Mississauga, ON
- Monday to Friday / 8:30 am – 5:00pm
- Salary: $21/h
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding (majority of welding duties)
- Basic TIG welding as required
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Finishing and touch-up work on completed products
- Assist with assembly and fabrication tasks
- Touch-up painting and material preparation
- Shipping and receiving support
- General shop cleaning and maintenance
- Other shop-floor duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience with MIG welding is required
- Basic TIG welding knowledge is an asset
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform a variety of shop duties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and safety-conscious
Important: Welding work may not always be available for a full 8-hour shift every day. Candidates must be comfortable assisting with other production, finishing, and general labour tasks as needed.
