Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Lash Technician to join our growing team at Saif Lashes in Toronto. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, committed to providing high-quality lash services, and focused on creating a comfortable and professional experience for every client.
This is a commission-based position with flexible scheduling and strong opportunity for growth within a busy downtown salon environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional lash extension services including classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume sets based on experience
- Perform lash fills, removals, and aftercare education for clients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstation in accordance with health and safety standards
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable lash styles and services
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Stay up to date with current lash trends, techniques, and products
- Assist in promoting services and building clientele through professionalism and consistency
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Lash Technician preferred
- Strong attention to detail and sanitation practices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and motivated
- Existing clientele is an asset but not required
