About the Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable Industrial Roofing Labourers to join our team for work at industrial facilities in Sarnia's Chemical Valley, including refinery and petrochemical sites. This position supports our experienced roofing crews with the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial roofing systems while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial roofing systems.
- Load, unload, and transport roofing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare work areas and maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Safely use hand and power tools under the direction of experienced crew members.
- Follow all company, client, and site-specific safety policies and procedures.
- Work safely at heights using appropriate fall protection equipment.
- Support material handling and site logistics as required.
- Perform general labour duties and other tasks assigned by the site supervisor.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.
Required:
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
- Valid Working at Heights Certification.
- Valid WHMIS Certification.
- Basic Safety Orientation (BSO) Certificate.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, climbing, kneeling, and working in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
