Role Description:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CyberArk solutions in a production environment

Experience (Years): 4-6
Essential Skills: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience working with CyberArk solutions in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks
.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.- CyberArk certification (e.g., CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer) is a plus.
Desirable Skills: - Experience with integrating CyberArk with other security tools and platforms
.- Knowledge of IT security frameworks and regulations (e.g., NIST, GDPR).- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and their integration with CyberArk.- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels.
