Duties
- Safely operate forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and adherence to OSHA safety standards.
- Assist with order picking using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage shipping and receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while handling materials for storage or distribution, including stacking pallets and organizing stock areas.
- Support warehouse operations by participating in materials handling activities such as load & unload procedures and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow, improve safety protocols, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.

- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and warehouse safety practices.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues quickly.

- Prior warehouse or construction experience is highly desirable; previous supervisor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
