We are currently seeking motivated Advanced First Aid (AFA) Attendants (formerly OFA 3) to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
As an Advanced First Aid Attendant, you will be responsible for providing onsite medical support, emergency response, and injury management for industrial and energy sector clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing emergency medical care and first aid treatment
- Assessing and documenting injuries and illnesses
- Maintaining medical records and incident reports
- Managing and restocking medical equipment and supplies
- Conducting daily vehicle and equipment inspections
- Communicating professionally with clients, workers, supervisors, and emergency services
- Promoting a strong safety culture at client worksites
- Supporting transportation and patient care when required
- Maintaining readiness for emergency response at all times
Qualifications
Required:
- Advanced First Aid (AFA) Certification (formerly OFA 3)
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Clean Driver's Abstract
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
Assets:
- H₂S Alive
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
- Ground Disturbance
- Previous industrial, oilfield, or remote site experience (Not Needed tho!)
- Experience operating 4x4 vehicles in challenging conditions
