We provide higher than industry average salaries and wages and are looking for an experienced landscape construction crew leader to join our expanding team.
Construction Lead Hand
Job Description
- Install and complete both hard and soft landscape projects
- Initiate and lead site works including (but not limited to): hard surface installation, grading, retaining walls, garden installation, water features, etc.
- Lead, coach and motivate crew
- Time management and record keeping (LMN)
- Equipment operation: i.e: skidsteer, excavator, etc.
Qualification
- Experience in landscape construction
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic, passionate and enthusiastic about your work
- Able to work well with a team and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Clean Class G drivers license (abstract required)/Qualified to drive truck and trailer
- Able to work outside in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wet) and perform physical work with repetitive tasks and heavy loads
- Able to wear and use required personal safety equipment and clothing, and supply CSA approved footwear
- All applicants must have their own transportation to our yard each day (no public transit to our location)

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal, Apprenticeship
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
