About the role
As a Senior ABA Therapist, you'll deliver and oversee applied behaviour analysis programs for pediatric & school age clients with special needs in our learning centre. Beyond direct therapy, you'll take a leadership role — supporting program development, mentoring junior therapists, and working closely with our clinical supervisors and families to drive meaningful outcomes.
What you'll do
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy to pediatric & school age clients in a learning centre environment.
- Implement, monitor, and adjust behaviour intervention plans developed with the clinical supervisor/RBA.
- Collect, graph, and analyze data to track progress and inform program decisions.
- Mentor, train, and support junior ABA therapists and instructor therapists.
- Model best practices and help maintain clinical quality and consistency across the team.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and the clinical team on goals and progress.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with clinic policies and privacy requirements.
What you bring
- Degree or diploma in Psychology, Behavioural Science, ABA, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience delivering ABA therapy, ideally with pediatric/school age clients.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior therapists (an asset).
- RBT certification or working toward RBA (an asset).
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and behaviour intervention plans.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check.
