Hours: Banked at 40 hours per week with seasonal overtime
About the Role
Ralph’s is hiring a dependable AZ Driver to transport materials and equipment while supporting our paving and grading crews.
This is not a sit-and-wait driving job. Our drivers are part of the crew and help keep projects running smoothly.
Safety, reliability, and clear communication are essential.
What You’ll DoMorning Responsibilities (7:00 AM Yard Start)
- Complete full truck inspection
- Check lights, brakes, hydraulics, and safety systems
- Report mechanical issues
- Ensure truck is clean and presentable
- Complete morning checklist
On-Site Responsibilities
- Deliver materials safely and efficiently
- Communicate with the Foreman and Superintendent
- Assist the crew during downtime with light-duty work
- Support safe and efficient site operations
End of Day Responsibilities
- Complete evening checklist
- Clean interior and exterior of truck
- Inspect for wear or mechanical concerns
- Ensure fuel levels are ready for the next day
