Job Summary
We are seeking LICENSED REALTORS to join our growing team sales team for a Salary + Quarterly Bonus pay structure focussing on Pre-Construction Projects within the GTA region.
This role is ONLY for Licensed Realtors.
The role is IN-OFFICE and FULL-TIME. Work from Home and Hybrid working options are not available.
The Bonus Structure is attractive for aggressive sales achievements.
Duties
- Work on the leads provided to drive sales within identified pre-construction projects.
- In-depth training and exclusive access to cutting edge proprietary tools is provided.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our offerings’ value.
- Manage a robust pipeline of leads through cold calling, lead generation strategies, and territory management to maximize sales potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support territory sales growth and brand awareness.
- Work closely with the founders of the brokerage to jointly close deals for mutual success.
Requirements
- Licensed Realtor License within Toronto.
- Proven experience in agressive sales and team environment
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories effectively.
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and direct sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in negotiation and customer service techniques.
- Experience in Cold Calling and Pre-Construction Sales will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written is a must.

Pay: $52,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
