Day-to-day Responsibilities
The HVAC Sales Advisor's duties include, but are not limited to:
- Guiding residential customers through the sales cycle, including the selection of the right mechanical solutions for their home
- Staying up to date on product offerings and available consumer rebates to maintain L.G. Home Comfort’s exceptional customer experience
- Generate customer quotes using sales tools and selection programs
- Maintaining accurate records through internal reporting systems
- Responding to and resolving customer concerns
- Launching new products and services to the market
- Effectively communicating L.G. Home Comfort’s offerings and value proposition to customers
- Collaborating with colleagues to determine additional opportunities to solicit customer feedback in order to make process improvements
- Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- HVAC industry knowledge is an asset
- Valid G-Class License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Completion of post-secondary education in a related field, such as sales or business administration is considered an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and stay motivated

Hours
The HVAC Product Specialist will work variable hours per week/weekends/on call/evening shift
Compensation
We offer competitive compensation and bonus structure, to be determined based on experience.This is a fully commissioned position.
