Yellowhead Community Services Society is recruiting for positions within our Licensed Childcare facilities in Clearwater and Barriere, BC.
As a team member working in the Licensed Childcare program you will be responsible for creating and fostering a safe and caring environment that encourages and supports children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Early Childhood Educator, Early Childhood Educator Assistant, Responsible Adult (working towards ECEA certification)
- Terms of employment: part-time, full-time, and casual positions
- Wage Range: $18.83 to $26.27/hour (depending on experience and certifications)
- Wage Enhancement for ECE positions

- 801 Clearwater Village Rd, Clearwater, BC, or
- 4936 Barriere Town Road Barriere, BC
A competitive benefit and RRSP package is available to candidates hired for qualifying positions.
- Experience, and an Early Childhood Education Diploma is preferred, but not necessary.
- Training support will be provided to advance your career in childcare.
- First Aid: Successful candidates will receive First Aid training if they do not already have certification.
- Appointment will be subject to a clear criminal record check and positive reference checks.
