We’re looking for a Roofing Foreman to lead crews on commercial and multi-family flat roofing projects across Edmonton. You’ll be responsible for crew safety, quality, and on-site execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct field crews on commercial, multi-family, and industrial flat roofing projects
- Ensure all work is performed safely in full compliance with Alberta OHS legislation
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and crew scheduling with the project manager
- Conduct daily tailgate safety meetings and enforce site safety protocols
- Mentor and train junior installers and labourers on roofing technique and safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of flat or commercial roofing experience, with at least 2 years supervisory
- Strong knowledge of membrane roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, SBS modified bitumen)
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and crew management skills
- OSSA, CSTS-09, or equivalent Alberta safety certification is an asset
- Valid Alberta driver’s license required
