Signage Production & Installer
Location: Port Kells, Surrey, BC
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

SignSource Architectural Signage Ltd., a successful architectural signage company located in Port Kells, Surrey, is currently seeking a full time Signage Production & Installer with a strong commitment to quality work. We are a small, experienced team of energetic employees focused on attention to detail and customer service. For over 25 years, we have been creating custom signage across the Lower Mainland for commercial, institutional, and industrial clients.
Position overview:
This is a hands-on role involving both shop production and installation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Working in a shop environment fabricating custom architectural signage in several different mediums
- Operate and work with wide format & UV printing equipment
- Support CNC routing and engraving operations
- Focus on production files to accurately complete fabrication work
- Use hand and power tools safely and accurately
- Assist with the installation of interior and exterior signage including wall signs, dimensional letters, and vinyl graphics
- Perform general production and finishing tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Experience in signage production, installation, or related hands-on work preferred (sign shop experience an asset, not required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Comfortable working in a shop environment with tools and machinery
- Ability to read measurements and follow instructions accurately
- Able to work at heights and outdoors when required
- Strong work ethic, reliability and team-oriented attitude
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
Assets:
- Team player, able to work independently and with others
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW and/or Adobe Illustrator an asset
- Experience with Onyx RIP software and/or wide format printer operation and UV printing an asset
- Experience with VersaWorks software an asset
