Position 1: Huaiyang Cuisine Wok Chef
(Full-time / Part-time)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook chinese authentic Huaiyang (Huaiyang-style Chinese) dishes
- Operate wok stations efficiently during service
- Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and presentation
- Follow kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
- Assist with prep work and daily kitchen operations as needed
- Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chinese wok chef, preferably Huaiyang cuisine
- Strong understanding of knife skills, heat control, and seasoning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Team player with a responsible and positive attitude
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
Position 2: Kitchen Staff / Back-of-House
(Full-time / Part-time)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation (cutting, washing, prep work)
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Support chefs during service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guideline
Requirements:
- Kitchen experience preferred but training can be provided
- Hard-working, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
