Role Overview:
Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking to work with cutting-edge equipment and produce high-tolerance parts for demanding industries?
Our advanced precision machining facility is expanding, and we’re seeking talented individuals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and program CNC machines for high-precision turning, milling, and grinding operations
- Machine ferrous and non-ferrous metals to tight tolerances
- Interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other precision measurement tools
- Maintain quality standards and follow strict safety procedures
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to optimize processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Post Secondary Education
- 3 years related work experience preferred
- Proven experience in CNC machining (turning, milling, grinding, etc.)
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, feeds/speeds, and work-holding
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
- Experience with ferrous and non-ferrous materials
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
