Responsibilities
Prepare and blend smoothies, juices, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting customers with menu selections and inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and serving counters
Ensure food safety practices are followed in all aspects of food handling and preparation
Manage cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations during shifts
Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations at all times
Skills
Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
Background in the food industry, with barista or serving experience preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and measuring ingredients
Knowledge of food preparation techniques specific to smoothies and healthy snacks
Food safety knowledge to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
