Shift: Monday to Thursday | 4:30pm – 3:00am
About the Role
Almita Piling is looking for a Loader Operator to join our afternoon shift team. In this role, you'll safely operate loaders and other equipment to keep materials moving through our manufacturing facility and ensure finished products are staged accurately for shipment.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate loaders and complete daily equipment inspections.
- Deliver materials to production and stage finished goods.
- Pick and verify products using part numbers and packing slips.
- Record product identification numbers for traceability.
- Complete inventory counts as assigned.
- Keep the yard organized and assist with general housekeeping and snow removal.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
What You'll Bring
- 1–2 years of loader or heavy equipment experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience with inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
