Tire Technician

Position Details
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overtime available as required
- Wage: $18.25 - $22.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do
As a Tire Technician, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe and road-ready. Responsibilities include:
- Inspecting tires for damage, uneven wear, and tread depth to determine repair or replacement needs
- Mounting, dismounting, and balancing tires using specialized equipment
- Performing tire repairs in accordance with industry safety standards
- Completing tire rotations and other routine tire maintenance services
- Providing professional recommendations and exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assisting with tire inventory management and proper disposal of used tires
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- The ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy tires and standing for extended periods
- Experience with tire changers, wheel balancers, and pneumatic tools (considered an asset)
- A commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
