Position Summary
Runs assigned production equipment to produce on-spec product safely and efficiently, following established SOPs. The entry point into the machine operations career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, run, and monitor assigned equipment per SOPs to produce on-spec product.
- Perform basic quality checks during the run and flag out-of-spec product.
- Ensure equipment is performing to expected daily outputs; report non-performance to the Cell Lead.
- Ensure all guarding and safety measures are in place and functioning before commencing operation.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and operator-level care per schedule.
- Report equipment issues to the Cell Lead rather than attempting repairs.
- Follow all safety and GPP procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- No prior experience required; training provided on assigned equipment.
- Comfortable following detailed SOPs and adapting to different equipment across cells.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
