We are looking to add a member to our team that will bring creativity, energy and a marketing mindset.
You are an energetic, creative person who thrives in a collaborative team setting and have experience in marketing strategy and tactics along with the design skills required to create ads/posts, manage website and other marketing pieces.
You have an opportunity to join our growing team- we are on a quest to become the preferred partner of Canadian dental professionals.
You are able to join our team within the next 2-4 weeks and are able to travel to our Winnipeg office daily, collaborate in team meetings and help us continue our journey of growth. Annual wages to be determined based on experience – starting at 60k plus benefits
Your marketing activities will include:
-Input / collaboration on business growth, team meetings
-Creating campaigns to create new leads
-Website management
-Social media program
-Manage marketing calendar with trade shows, product guides, monthly promotions
-Trade show prep and promotions
Essential Requirements for the Job
- 2 years’ experience in Marketing Strategy/ Tactics
- Experience in social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Experience with Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva and WordPress
- Familiar with SEO, and other optimization techniques
- Creative energy
- Team player who enjoys collaboration
- Open to quick pace environment and embracing change
- Live in Manitoba and able to commute daily to our office
