JOB OVERVIEW :
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to emails and general inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using the company's booking system.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist clients with completing forms and provide general information about company services.
- Maintain accurate client records and update information in the database.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and balance the cash register when required.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Order and maintain office supplies and reception materials.
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate staff when necessary.
- Support office staff with administrative and clerical duties.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information and company records.
- Follow company policies, health and safety procedures, and maintain a high standard of customer service.
EXPERIENCE : Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience is required.
Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
