A well-established Italian restaurant brand is seeking an experienced, passionate and innovative Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for complete oversight and management of culinary operations within our organization; ensuring quality control, menu development, employee coaching, development of corporate culture, alignment of marketing strategies with culinary vision, upholding of all corporate policies.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day operations
- Hire and mentor new employees
- Inventory and food cost control
- Schedule development and labour control
- Work with the executive team to develop menus
- Food safety and sanitation
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports
- Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience as an Executive Chef in fine dining/upscale restaurant(s)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Italian cuisine
- Experience managing teams of more than 50 employees
