What You’ll Do
- Provide full-scope pharmacist care in accordance with BC standards
- Conduct medication reviews, prescribing adaptations, and injections
- Counsel patients on medications, supplements, and wellness products
- Support patients undergoing hormone therapy and preventative health programs
- Collaborate with prescribers and other healthcare professionals
- Help expand patient-focused services and wellness initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Full Pharmacist registration in British Columbia
- Injection certification
- Community pharmacy experience in BC
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
