Inside Sales Representative Toronto, Ontario
Homepro's growth has created an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our residential sales team! Reporting directly to the Director of Client Solutions, the successful candidate will perform inbound sales (no cold calling!) by responding to and closing inbound leads. This is an on-site position, and one weekend day per week is required.

Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for prospective customers, discovering their needs and offering tailored services.
- Build and maintain detailed client records, managing your sales pipeline with precision.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met on time and with the highest quality.
- Analyze sales data and trends and identify opportunities to convert to sales successes.
- Gather and report feedback from customers and the market to help improve products, services, and sales strategies.

- Previous experience in retail/hospitality/sales positions.
- A strong track record of achieving goals and delivering results.
