The Position:
Equicare Health is looking for a Technical Support Specialist. You’ll report to the Director of Operations, working in a varied role to provide outstanding support to our customers and make our customers successful.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide direct support of Equicare Health products to our customers.
- Work with customers on the phone and other communication methods (help desk software, email, etc.).
- Upgrade and update customer systems with latest software versions.
- Working with current technology to implement systems and resolve issues (SQL Server, IIS, Windows Server, VMWare, BeyondTrust, etc.).
- Responding professionally to customer requests in a timely manner,
- Recording, tracking and reporting progress of issues.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 1 years of customer service experience.
- Knowledge of MS Windows Server OS, MS SQL Server, IIS, .NET, ASP.NET Web Forms.
- University degree or diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to develop effective relationships across all organizational levels.
- Understanding of web application security and vulnerabilities.
- Strong and effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to early morning and afternoon shifts.

- You’ve worked with REST APIs.
- Certificates relevant to cloud-based platforms (Azure, AWS, Google).
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in networking and networking technologies.
