Junior Site Superintendent – Red Deer / Central Alberta
Since 1978, Shunda Construction has delivered commercial, institutional, educational, and seniors’ residential projects across Alberta. We are currently seeking a Junior Site Superintendent based out of Red Deer for work throughout central Alberta, with a focus on healthcare projects.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is committed to professional growth, and is interested in developing within a high-performing construction team.
Qualifications:
- Red Seal Carpentry Ticket
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with construction documents and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
Responsibilities:
- Support the successful delivery of projects with a focus on quality, safety, schedule, and profitability
- Foster positive relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Assist with project documentation, coordination, and field communication
- Work collaboratively with site personnel and internal teams to help ensure project success
