The roles and responsibilities for the position are as under:
- Develop and set up reporting templates based on project requirements
- Develop estimate template and assist with project estimating
- Develop Basis of Estimate document
- Complete reporting as requested (Daily Construction Reports, Daily / Weekly Progress & Performance Report, Incurred cost reporting and forecasting, Variance Analysis), based on project requirements
- Work in conjunction with project and construction management team PM/CM/Superintendents/QC
- Review daily timesheets with project manager and team to ensure it is coded to correct WBS / task codes
- Daily LEM completion and Workforce reporting
- Review and validate sub-contractors reporting data
- Work with Project Manager, Construction Management, Planner / Scheduler and sub-contractors to update construction project progress
- Review sub-contractor timesheets and coordinate approval from PM
- Coordinate and review sub-contractors for progress update
- Work with planner /scheduler and field cost analyst for progress and performance update
- Follow change management standard and prepare and submit change proposals
- Attend project meetings when required
- Assure that sub-contractor invoices are aligned with LEMS submitted on a daily basis for the work
- Update change management logs
- Update direct, indirect and sub-contractor hours on a weekly basis for man-hour reporting
- Any other duties assigned by or Project / Construction Manager
- Valid driver’s license is required
