ABOUT THE POSITION:
Our team is looking for a reliable, motivated, and personable member to join our growing home & property services company in Prince George, BC. This role includes a variety of residential property maintenance tasks for homeowners and investors throughout the city.
Experience in construction, maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work is required.
DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Property inspections & maintenance visits
- Gutter cleaning
- Minor handyman repairs
- Fence repairs & exterior maintenance
- Pressure washing
- Light landscaping & yard cleanup
- Moving materials/tools
- Taking photos & documenting completed work
- Driving company van between job sites
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Dependable and trustworthy
- Has good communication skills
- Is comfortable working independently
- Has basic handyman/construction knowledge
- Takes pride in clean, professional work
- Has a valid driver’s license
- Can work outdoors in varying weather conditions
