We are seeking an energetic and motivated Apprentice Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. This paid apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your carpentry skills through hands-on experience on diverse projects. Responsibilities
- Assist skilled carpenters with various construction tasks, including framing, siding, and finishing.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Perform heavy lifting and assist with material handling on-site.
- Support concrete forming, concrete finishing, and woodworking activities as directed.
- Use heavy equipment when necessary, following safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Skills
- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and schematics.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques.
- Knowledge of construction processes such as conventional framing, post frame framing, siding, window and door installation concrete forming, and finishing.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment when trained.
- Strong willingness to learn new skills in carpentry and restoration projects.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Commitment to safety standards and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.99-$37.08 per hour
