We are a busy plumbing and HVAC company seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee and support our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example while working alongside your team.
Our warehouse supports large projects, stores surplus materials for reuse, and maintains essential stock for day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise, train, and support a team of 4–7 warehouse staff
· Coordinate shipping, receiving, and material picking
· Maintain accurate inventory and stock organization
· Assist with and oversee pre-fabrication of materials
· Ensure warehouse, yard, and storage areas are clean, organized, and safe
· Help manage material flow for ongoing and upcoming projects

Qualifications:
· Previous leadership or supervisory experience
· Strong inventory control and warehouse experience
· Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
· Hands-on, team-oriented approach
· Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or construction materials is an asset
