Seeking a lawyer (0 to 5 years experience) as an junior associate at a 3 lawyer (soon to be 4) personal injury law firm.
The ideal candidate has experience in personal injury or insurance defence, is eager to learn and grow as a personal injury lawyer, has good judgment, is personable and both thorough and efficient.
New/recent calls will need to have articled and/or summered at a firm where you had hands on experience handling personal injury and/or insurance defence files.
Your responsibilities will include all aspects of being a lawyer at a personal injury firm, including both assisting with ongoing files and carriage of your own case load at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Applications/Hearings at the License and Appeals Tribunal.
