About the Role
We are looking for a part-time Wedding Planner to join our team — someone who is:
- Drawn to beautiful details
- Passionate about helping couples feel seen, supported, and celebrated
- Organized, calm, and thoughtful
- Excited about working in a fast-paced, emotional, and rewarding industry
This role is hybrid: remote planning days + on-site wedding days and meetings.
What You’ll Do
- Support couples throughout their planning journey
- Coordinate vendors, quotes, timelines & logistics
- Maintain planning portals, budgets, and communication
- Lead and manage the flow of the wedding day — ceremony, photos, reception
- Build warm relationships with vendors and clients alike
- Keep events running smoothly with grace, confidence & heart
You Are
- Passionate about weddings, beauty, and creating meaningful moments
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Calm under pressure; quick-thinking and solutions-focused
- Professional in emails, calls, meetings & texts
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Comfortable traveling across the GTA
- Experienced in customer service (preferred)
- A post-secondary graduate
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (Cantonese an asset)
