ACE Trades and Technical Insitute are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content (posts/videos) for our social media platforms, email campaigns, website, blog, and other digital channels.
Social Media Management: Maintain and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media metrics.
Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize PPC advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, including keyword research, ad creation, campaigns and budget management.
Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, email marketing platforms, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience creating engaging digital content, including graphic design, photo editing, video production, short-form video creation, and social media content development.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for promotional videos, interviews, presentations, and social media content.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to improve results and ROI.
- Experience managing websites, landing pages, content updates, and digital lead-generation campaigns is an asset.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends, social media best practices, AI-powered marketing tools, and industry developments.
- Experience with WordPress, Canva or similar marketing tools is considered an asset.
- Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or related digital marketing certifications are preferred.
