Qualifications:
Showroom Administrator
London Stone Co. is London Ontario's fastest growing Granite, Marble, Quartz, Quartzite, Onyx, and Semi-Precious Countertops stone fabricators, with a dedicated team of industry professionals.
We are currently looking for an exceptional Showroom Administrator to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors to our showroom. You'll greet customers, answer inquiries, manage appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth showroom operations. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our team and create a welcoming experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- To cover the showroom floor hours (9am-5pm) in which you will be directing walk in traffic, consumers, potential clients, designers, decorators and builder referrals to our Showroom Design Consultant
- Greet customers/clients, providing a warm and professional welcome to the showroom.
- Communicating the template and install schedules with the clients/builders
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about countertops, pricing, and availability.
- Complete daily debit/credit transactions (payments) using POS system
- Complete transactions in QuickBooks (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and showroom area.
- Promote a positive brand image through excellent customer service.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role would be considered an asset.
- Experience with Quickbooks is desirable and considered a strong asset
- Able to stay organized while managing several tasks/projects at once
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a customer-first attitude
- Creative flair with a passion for kitchen design
- Extremely detail orientated
- Knowledge of kitchen design and cabinet manufacturing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
