We're officially launching Eastlink operations across Newfoundland, and we're hiring the St. John's team that gets to build it from day one. SocialRise has been selling telecom across Ontario and Atlantic Canada for five years. Brand new territory, and nobody's knocked it yet.
What you'd do
Represent Eastlink door to door across St. John's: internet, TV, mobile. Outside, on the move, talking to people all day. Not a desk job.
What you'd make
Commission-only, paid bi-weekly, and we don't leave you guessing:
- Week one: $500 flat, paid training
- Day one: uncapped commission on every sale
- Day 90: your commission rate goes up, plus a $2,000 milestone bonus
That works out to $1,920 bi-weekly on average. Top reps hit $3,520.
Paid road trips
About once a month you're on the road around the province and the Maritimes, sometimes more when a campaign is running. Hotel and mileage covered. Some of our biggest paycheques come out of these trips.
The rest
- No experience required. We train you on everything.
- No vehicle? Not a problem. We'll get you where you need to be.
- Health and dental, subsidized, after 90 days
- Mon–Fri, 12–8. That's when people are home, so that's when we work.
- Most of the people running our other offices started by knocking doors. Do the work here and you'll be first in line when this office needs leaders.
Who you are
You want to be good at something. You'd rather be outside than at a desk. You can hold a real conversation with a stranger. A "no" doesn't rattle you. You're up for an overnight trip once a month.
