- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management techniques, and post-treatment care.
- Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment following infection control protocols.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Skills
- Proven experience working in hospital settings with a focus on acute care or rehabilitation environments.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice.
- Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desirable.
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
- Ability to assess complex cases accurately and develop effective treatment plans.
