Hello,
We‘re looking for a master of drinks to join our team. Blossom Bakehouse and Creamery is a frozen custard shop and bakery/cafe. We’re looking for not only a Barista but a drink developer. Meaning you have to be able to develop our drink menu and come up with creative drinks from scratch. We don’t use any artificial syrups and everything is made in-house so you must be comfortable with that.
If your experience is tim hortons, Starbucks or something similar, this won’t be a fit for you so please don’t apply. If you don’t live in Windsor or nearby, please don’t apply. Must have a reliable transportation and be easy to work with.
We’re a new business so you’ll be starting part-time with opportunity to transition to full time once we make enough money and are busy enough. Pay is $18-$20 (with experience). You will be training another part time barista and get to sit in on the interview once we get to that point.
We’re a small family owned shop and a new business. You can make a big impact with us and really shape the drinks menu to your vision.
