LE RÔLE DU CUISINIER DANS LA TROUPE
En cuisine, pas de place à l’impro :
Tu tiens ton poste, tu suis le rythme du service et tu assures une exécution constante.
CUISINIER DE LIGNE
- Exécution des plats chauds et maintien du rythme de service
- Participation aux ouvertures, fermetures et changements de service
- Respect des standards et des normes d’hygiène
CUISINIER GARDE-MANGER
- Préparation des entrées froides, salades et mises en place
- Préparation et conservation des aliments
- Maintien d’un poste propre, organisé et efficace
CE QU’ON OFFRE À NOS CUISINIERS
- Salaire à partir de 18$/h + Pourboires (selon l'expérience)
- Temps plein ou partiel
- Brigade structurée et expérimentée
- Environnement professionnel, rapide et organisé
CASTING DE NOS CUISINIERS
- Expérience pertinente minimum de 1 an à titre de cuisinier
- Intérêt pour la cuisine italienne
- Bonne gestion du stress et des priorités

THE ROLE OF THE COOK IN THE TROUPE
In the kitchen, there’s no room for improvisation:
You hold your station, follow the rhythm of service, and ensure consistent execution.
LINE COOK
- Execution of hot dishes and maintaining service pace
- Participation in openings, closings, and service transitions
- Compliance with standards and food safety regulations
GARDE MANGER COOK
- Preparation of cold appetizers, salads, and mise en place
- Food preparation and storage
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient station

OUR COOK CASTING
