Job Summary
LPI Roofing and Exteriors is looking for an experience individual who focuses on Metal Roofing to fill a Full Time/All Year position in our company.
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Roofer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing materials, safety protocols, and construction techniques to ensure durable and high-quality results. The Roofer will work closely with project managers and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Measure and cut roofing materials using hand tools and power tools
- Install various roofing systems including shingles, metal, standing seam and other materials
- Inspect roofs for damage or leaks and perform necessary repairs
- Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing of all types
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods
- Knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety procedures
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to work at heights
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience with construction safety protocols is a plus
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for job site access
