Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative functioning. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience managing office tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role involves handling clerical duties, managing multi-line phone systems, and supporting team members to maintain a smooth workflow. The Office Manager will serve as the central point of contact for clients and staff, ensuring exceptional customer support and organizational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties and administrative support
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading to maintain accurate records and documents
- Utilize Synerion for payroll as well as various other platforms for business and admin duties
- Support bookkeeping activities and assist with billing or invoicing as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and staff both in person and via phone or email
- Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and manage calendars efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically
- Support administrative projects such as document preparation, report generation, and correspondence management
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles; experience in medical or dental offices is a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and general clerical duties
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; proactive problem-solving skills are essential
- Prior experience with bookkeeping or medical/dental office procedures is desirable

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
